Thoughts On The Election
Here's a good letter to the LA Weekly explaining why it's important to vote for Angelides.
Even though I'm no Feinstein fan, I don't want anyone to vote for her Republican opponent just because it's fun to say his name -- Dick Mountjoy. Seriously.
Big thanks to Elias, Chris, and David for phone banking last weekend. Also, Andrew is a trooper for signing up to precinct walk with me this weekend. Any other takers?

5 Added Something:
how was the sing along at the Parkway? They need to institute something like that here in L.A. because as you know, I love the musical.
Kathy, thanks for doing your part to defeat the evil Republicans!
Ok, it's your blog...be all Demo if you want. I was surprised and delighted to find that my mother had voted Camejo (Stay classy, Mom!) without even discussing it with me. As it happens, we both ended up taking a similar approach...going with non-two-party candidates and opting for women when practical.
But it's even more fun to say Poochigian!
DD, I can't comment on your blog -- I'm in total agreement about no on 83.
Uhm -- oh yeah, h17, I had to miss the Buffy thing. My job made me go to LA for the day, and I got home too late. : (. Oh well -- we own it and can watch it any time. That one and "The Gentlemen" are my faves!
