Have a great birthday! Wish I could say that in ancient Greek.
That's not me, it's Elias being so cute. And Pac'a being even cuter. But please remember the old saying -- "if you lie down with dogs ... ."
Feliz Cumpleanos, Elias! As a romantic language, I'm hoping there are at least a few root syllables in the Spanish phrase here or there that are Latin-based... also, I just wanted to ask whether anybody has a particular word or phrase that dor Allyson's ears. The ENT will do a minor, out-patient surgery called Myringotomy and insert a small ear tube into each ear drum. It's a fairly simple procedure and the most common childhood surgery performed with anesthesia. It's safe procedure with minimal complications. The anesthesia part makes me a little nervous, but I know she'll be much happier once she has the tubes.
Allyson had her last shot of Rocefin yesterday and already seems to be feeling better. We went to the playground this morning and she had a great time. It's so nice to see our happy child again. We have swimming lessons this afternoon and I'm hoping she'll enjoy it more now that she's feeling better. Wednesday was the first day that we had her try swimming underwater. She wasn't feeling well and she was very tired, so it was another heart-wrenching day at the pool. All the other babies were crying too so at least Allyson wasn't the only child feeling tortured.27t the only child feeling tortured.

Just so you know, with the help of friends, we answer language, media, and some mac questions really well. But we're not so good at pediatrics.
