I don't understand why there's so much coverage of the Supreme Court decision about medical marijuana use and so little on Brad and Angelina. To hell with the main stream media. I'm going to the Huffington Post for my news these days. I could do with fewer stories about Tom Cruise, who is acting all manic and weird like his character in Magnolia. But on the whole, all the news that's fit for me is there.

The hippies...I mean medical marijuana patients are up in arms here at home.
Did anyone hear the story about how environmental activists - i think in Santa Rosa - planted endangered wildflowers on land that was slated for a housing development?
What a great tactic!
But, doesn't it kind of cancel out the argument about how the flowers are endangered, if you can just plant them anywhere Johnny Appleseed style?
by the way, I like the Huffington Post. and, I like that she has harry shearer and his eat the press column/blog. still, the hp doesn't seem to be the epicenter of cutting edge blogging, as it was hyped to be. If it were, she'd link to sheffs special, right?
also, if you can stand it, our pal, Larry Mantle, and all of KPCC is focusing on illegal immigration this week. I think people should listen in and slam him when he deserves it
i think anonymous is on to something here. all we need to do is convince the horticulturalist community that marijuana is an endangered wildflower. i know a few "environmental activists" here in Santa Rosa who'd be willing to participate in a Johnny Appleseed style project--for a good cause, that is.

At least CA AG says they have no interest in prosecuting. I don't understand why al the hulla-ballu about pot when you the BUSH twins are smoking crack - yikes. Brad and Angelina are all hush about it --losers- Tom's a child molester (didn't he testify for MJ - just kidding).
BTW:I saw Star Wars and Empire Strikes Back and all you folk who were bragging about the old (you need to watch it again) pretty hokey (But yes still great with bad acting -except for OB-1)
AND the special effects in the new ones are way better.
My kids grossed out when Leia kissed Luke (unlike us - they are watching them in order.)
Child #1 says: Why isn't Leia a Skywalker?
Mom says: She is.
Child #1 says: uh-uh -her name is not skywalker.
Child #2 says: Uh tister, She's adopted remember! (yes in smarty tone-& yes #2 is younger).
Were watching Return of the Jedi tonight.
At least the lil ones will find the Ewoks cute and not irritating like us (old foggies)
