I Hate Exercising
I have to shame myself into to even the most abbreviated of fitness activities lately. My top shamers are Pac'a, tight clothes, and appearing unattractive. Once I'm engaged in an activity, I don't feel all glad about it. Instead, I get bummed out as I consider the fact that exercise will only work out for me if I do it regularly and for the rest of my life. Even when I'm old. Even when I'm tired.

I agree--exercise can be a psychological burden. But I really need to lose the bricks in my stomach, so, well, the vicious cycle continues.
you guys count your blessings that you don't fall apart like i do. when i let go, i really do. you don't have the capacity to get as far from fit. you'll both be fine 10 days of exercise from now...won't you?
K- If I was 1/10 as hot as you, I'd be a hottie with all kinds of boys lining up for make out sessions, and that would make me pretty happy. I hear you about how difficult working out it, but Cloudy is right...you're HOT, HOT, HOT!!
I'm not asking for pitty or anything. I just hate exercising for the sake of exercising. It bugs me. I like competing, so today I tried racing with Pac'a. I also like dancing, but where can I go here in Pasadena?
just today i finally decided i had to loosen my belt from where it's been set for as long as i can remember. true about kathy being hot though.
When you're old and tired, then it won't matter if you appear unattractive will it?
