I love these photos and the others that you e-mailed me!
(you look so happy in the second pic...)
I saw the Cylon one at the Maker Faire in Austin last week. They had this fancy Dremel pumpkin carving tool too. I need to find a good pumpkin seed recipe. I love eating them but never had any luck with home roasting 'em.
hot socks!
You look great! I have similiar socks, I bought them in Italy. I made bread in the bread machine on Friday, it is good if I make it with white flour but it is a disaster if I do it with whole grain flour. Do you have any advice? Thanks.Max and I will probably go to Vienna in December for 1 day for some Christmas shopping.
I got lazy this year and instead of carving one I just bought one of those light up pumpkins. I will take a pic of it for you. Good job on the Cylon pumpkin.
Anka, I don't know anything about baking in a bread machine. I'm sure there must be some whole wheat options in the recipe booklet that came with the machine. Have you checked? When and if I bake bread, I do it by hand completely. I love the baking book, _Bread Alone_ by Dan Leader and Judith Blahnik.
Kathy, thanks for your answer. Max's sister told me how to mix whole wheat flour and white flour. I namely followed the recipe book that came with the machine but the bread was a disaster and that's why I asked you. When I do it againg I will follow Max's sister advice. We are going to London on November 28, we will stay until December 5. We are all excited about the trip. We will visit my friends who live outside London.
Look at you and your beautiful family!
Love the Cylon,.
