Kayaking
This is my new favorite thing. We could do it every day (that I don't have to work long hours and/or travel out of town like I have been). This little waterway is just a few miles from our home.

I absolutely love to kayak! My neighbor Terry and my friend Joanne got me into it a couple of years ago. It is so much fun, and it always makes me feel butch and as if I could one day be a contestant on Survivior!!!

We got a canoe because I thought I could go canoeing with my dog. I've seen it done many times on the lake near my house. So we got the canoe, packed a picnic basket, and got in the canoe with the dog. Yes, hilarity ensued and my husband and I and our precious sandwiches were soaked. Yeah, should have gone with a kayak.
