I noticed that you left roadkill on your list but not horse. Though I personally have not had it, horse is a delicacy in some countries and I heard tastes sweet. Maybe if you hit it with a car, then you can italicize both items. Heh.

Lucy, you're hilarious! Yeah, I noticed that too- I must say you are braver than me, Kathy. I don't think I'll ever try roadkill. My dad is willing to eat anything, and has had horse, snake AND monkey! (Maybe he's making his way through the Chinese zodiac)
