Kind of Random, but Overdue
I've been meaning to say, in my blog, R.I.P. to the Pope, Johnnie Cochran, and that lady in Florida. You all stirred shit up good.
I saw Johnnie Cochran at a conference about police misconduct and violence a few years ago. I hope he's remembered for his honorable contributions to social justice.

4 Added Something:
R.I.P Johnny, J.P., and Terri. although i never knew any of them personally, these three individuals have had a tremendous impact on my life. above all, they taught me how precious life is, how to gracefully accept death, and that if the glove don’t fit, you simply must acquit.
you totally miss my point, little brother. anyway, watch out for the viral killer that got JP. It's spreading.
here I stand, one of the few(?), the proud(!), the people who didn't learn anything from JP.
I have to say:
1) Johnny was a bad ass (period).
2) I know it's hard for people to understand JP (he was in some ways a conservative bastard) but he was a good man and believe it or not wrote about every persons obligation to social justice. (so mixed feelings)- I did study catholic history - I did once hope for his expiration(so we could have women priests and gay marriage) but now I'm more of an agnostic - JP who?)
3) Terri- didn't she die ten years ago?
